SUPPORT GLOBAL DIALOGUES

AIA NY Global Dialogues looks forward to the 2017 calendar year with a new series of events that continue the committee’s mission, while further exploring strategies for dialogue, debate and discussion that revolve around global issues. To this end, we set out to view respective topics through multiple lenses that will focus on initiatives affecting the global built environment from points of view at the periphery of practice. We will look at fields outside the normative that stretch the definition and purpose of the architect around the world as well as ways in which architecture can become a means for a goal beyond itself.
